  Online purchased ticket will be issued upon departure ONLY. Kindly approach our customer service 30 minutes before departure time to collect your ticket. Advance issuance of ticket is strictly NOT ALLOWED.

Terms & Conditions

  Holder of the ticket shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and its amendments ("T&Cs") posted on the website and authorised terminals, amongst others:
  1. Ticket is only valid for the date, time and route printed subject to rescheduling without prior notice.
  2. Once ticket is issued, it is NOT REFUNDABLE.
  3. Any ticket amendments must be made minimum two (2) days prior to actual departure date.
  4. Ticket shall be retained at all times for inspection.
  5. Check-in is required 30 minutes prior to departure.
  6. The Company reserves the right to refuse any goods on board that is deemed to be illegal, dangerous or causes discomfort to other passengers.
  7. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage/belongings at the terminals, on board the coach or luggage compartment.
  8. The Company is only liable up to the value of the ticket(s).
  9. The Company is not responsible for any delays at Immigration checkpoints. It is the passenger's responsibility to bring along valid travel documents and to comply with Customs requirements of Malaysia and Singapore.

NOTE:
There is no duty free allowance on any intoxicating liquor, cigarettes and other tobacco products.
