Policy
1. Validity

All ticket/s are valid for the date
and time specified on the tickets only. |
2. Children Fare
| |
Children below two (2) years old may travel free of charge provided accompanied by an adult. However no seat will be allocated. Children aged above two (2) years old & below twelve (12) years old, a ticket is required. Child fare entitlement is strictly determined based on the date of birth. |
3. Accuracy of Travel Details
| |
Passengers are responsible to make
sure that the traveling date, time and destination are correct before
leaving the counter. Tickets issued are non-refundable. |
4. Tickets for Boarding
| |
Passengers are required to present
the ticket upon boarding. Proof of purchase does not entitle any
passenger to board the coach without a ticket.

5. Loss/Damage of Tickets
| |
The Management will not held responsible for
any loss, damage or smearing of tickets. Tickets purchased are not
refundable or replaceable. Passengers will have to purchase new
tickets should any of the above happens. |
6. Boarding Time
| |
Please be on board the coach 15minutes before
departure time. The Management will not be responsible should passengers
do not board the coach on time.

7. Right to refuse
| |
The Management reserves the right to
refuse any passenger from boarding for whatsoever reasons including
: |

• | carrying of contraband, illegal substances, unruly behavior,
drunkenness or any other behaviour that we deem as affecting other
passengers’ comfort or safety. |

• | The payment of your fare is fraudulent; |
| |
• | The booking of our seat has been done fraudulently or
unlawfully or has been purchased from a person not authorised by
the Company. |
| |
• | The credit card used to payfor the ticket has been
reported lost or stolen; |
8. Reschedules/Substitution
| |
The Management reserves the right to
re-schedule, cancel, delay any trips and substitute other buses
for reasons deem necessary to do so without prior notice. |
9. Limited Liability
| |
Our Company will be held liable up
to the value of the ticket. |
10. Valid Travelling Documents
| |
All passengers are responsible to ensure
that all necessary valid traveling documents, including the relevant
passports, valid visas and/or identification are carried with them
for the journey. Should for such reasons, passengers are held up
at the immigration check-point, the Management reserves the right
to continue the journey and not held liable for any consequence,
losses/costs incurred as a result of this. |
11. Change of dates, time of travel

Changes must be made at least two (2)
days or 48hrs prior to the departure date. The physical tickets
must be presented and endorsed by our officers at the respective
offices (hyperlinks). Tickets sold are not refundable. |
12. No Show
| |
Should any passengers fail to board
the coach on time or fail to board the coach by the time the coach
departs, the ticket purchased will not be refunded for any reason
whatsoever. |
13. Booking /Reservation of Ticket Policies
| |
You may call to book /reserve tickets
via our sales offices (hyperlink to list of offices above). After
the tickets are booked / reserved, passengers are required to make
payment seven (7) days prior to departure. After the period, the
booking/ reservation will be auto released. Passengers are advised
to make payment for the booked / reserved tickets soonest to avoid
losing the seats. |
14. Online Purchase

Please print the online purchase confirmation slip and present it to our counter staff together with your identification card for verification upon collection of tickets before departure. If you are unable to print, kindly note down the ticket number as your reference. Strictly NO refund for any purchased tickets.
Note : Online purchase tickets will be issued upon departure ONLY. Kindly approach our counter minimum 30 minutes before departure time to collect your ticket. Advance issuance of ticket is strictly NOT ALLOWED. |
